A Sunday treat from my brother: Fried Ice Cream

Tried Fried Ice Cream for the first time. Thanks to my bro! HAHA!

FIC comes with different combos and they are:

I really don’t think that they should call it a “fried” ice cream coz they’re not frying it, they are freezing it. HAHA!

The first thing they do is blend the powder with water then pour it into the cold pan.

Then they will spread it into the pan in circular motion, making it thin, and then letting it freeze.

Once the mixture freezes, they will then scrap it into rolls and put it in a cup.

After the “frying” slash freezing of the mixture, you may now choose your desired syrup and toppings. You need to add an additional of Php 5.00 for extra topping. HAHA.

We ordered Combo 2, the 35 peso FIC with chocolate bar and chocolate syrup…

but I chose cookies for my toppings. HAHA! :))

For a very affordable price, fried ice cream is really a good treat for your sweet cravings. HAHA! It’s so sulit mama. HAHA!
