It’s been a year and three months since I first saw Project Pie at Mandaluyong. Since then, I’ve been dying to try this and customize my own pizza. Hoho! I’ve been forcing my friends to eat there but all I’ve got are nice responses of rejection by saying that we could eat there some other time. HAHA!
Who would’ve thought that I’ll be trying out this pizza house with the same person whom I am with the first time I saw it? CHAR! HAHAHAHAH! (Crayola mode on!)
Enough of the non-sense introduction, here’s our Project Pie experience! HAHA!
To start, you could either customize your own pizza or just choose among the 7 best combinations they’ve identified to make our lives easy. HAHAHA!
If you decided to build your own pizza, firs step is to choose from either tomato based (Red Pizza) or Olive oil based (White Pizza). Then you choose your toppings from a very wide variety of meat, cheese, vegetables and other spices.
I can’t remember what I chose to include on my olive oil based pizza but viola! Here’s my pizza ala Japanese style. CHAROT! HAHA! Those corn kernel’s were inspired from a pizza that I ate in Japan. Hehe!
And here’s Dom’s super spicy hawaiian (inspired) red pizza. HAHA! Chos!
Of course let’s not forget our Twofie! HAHA! Having a photo with this man is a very rare chance. Maybe he’s in a good mood so he allowed me to have a twofie with him. HAHA! Operation take advantage! HAHAHA!!!

I thank God for this awesome evening with fireworks, pizza and the man of my dreams (who will always be just a dream). Char! He definitely knows how to comfort me when I’m so sad and in pain, (and sleepless!) HAHAHA!
We were just there together, and that was enough.
