Bacolod is known to be the home of the best Chicken Inasal in the Philippines. As they say, your Bacolod trip won’t be complete without trying out their home-grown roasted chicken! So even though we had a very limited time visiting this city, we made sure that we were able to taste their best-selling dish at two of the most popular restaurants that serve chicken inasal – Manokan Country and Chicken House.

If I were to choose which restaurant serve the best inasal, the winner would be Chicken House! The taste was really different from all the other chicken inasal that I have tried in the metro. You’ll definitely ask for extra rice!
